OUR STORY

Lawrence grew up in the Scottish Highlands. He studied in the UK at the Universities of Durham, Aberdeen, and Cambridge. Teaching in private schools since 2006, Lawrence worked at Eton College, Windsor, before emigrating to the U.S in 2012. He has been an English Department Head in Connecticut since 2016. Lawrence holds an MBA from The Fletcher School at Tufts University.

The above experiences have given Lawrence a set of skills, methods, and approaches to make powerful improvements in the academic life of young people. In every sphere of life, the ability to write fluently and precisely is fundamental to the success of a student and a professional.

Lawrence has dedicated his life and career to writing and to teaching others how to write. He is passionate about guiding young people to see themselves as intellectuals while helping them to build the pride, skills, and confidence that will enable them to succeed in all of their work.
